1. How do I register for the forum?
There are 2 easy ways to register for the forum. The easiest way to register is by using our secure online booking service with a credit or debit card. Alternatively, you can pay by bank transfer, or you can ask to be invoiced.
  1. Online (register now).
  2. Email Pharma BP at contact@pharmabp.com or kmangavkar@pharmabp.com to request an invoice for your company.
2. When should I pay for the forum?
All orders are to be placed on our MENAHTA page, or you can request registration by contacting our team. Full payment is required for attendance to the event.
3. What is the booking confirmation process?

Once you have registered for the event, you will receive your booking confirmation email within a few minutes. If after one working day, you have not received your order confirmation, please call our team at +971(0)4-453-9269 or email us at kmangavkar@pharmabp.com as there may be a problem with your booking.

4. What happens if I have to cancel?

Unfortunately, The MENAHTA Forum does not have a cancellation policy in place. However, you have the option to send a colleague in your place. Substitution requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the event for them to be appropriately processed. Please note that substitution requests within 48 hours of the start of the conference will not be accepted.

5. Whats the location of the MENAHTA Forum?

The MENAHTA forum will be held at the Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can find directions to the venue by clicking on this link: https://maps.app.goo.gl/YsjGNjBnxo97QUyx5.

6. Are all meals and refreshments included?

Yes, all refreshments and lunch are included. Please see the conference program for specific timings for the refreshments and networking breaks.

7. What do I need to bring with me?

Kindly ensure you have your booking confirmation with you upon arrival at the event. Physical tickets or badges will not be provided. Additionally, we recommend bringing plenty of business cards for the networking sessions as they may prove to be beneficial.

8. What forum materials will be made available on the day?

Some presentations will be made available one week after the event. Please note that not all speakers provide us with a presentation and that not all speakers will give permission for their presentations to be distributed.

10. What is the dress code?
